Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information when ordering and keep any account credentials secure. Prices and payment

Orders

Delivery

For UK orders, please allow up to 17 working days in total for processing and delivery, including up to 14 working days after dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

If we cannot deliver within an agreed timeframe, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. Goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier independently arranged by you.

For international orders, import duties or local charges not collected at checkout may apply. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification about delivery or charges for your destination.
